Kixx Expands into Vietnam’s GS25 Stores with the Launch of Kixx Station

Kixx, Korea’s leading lubricant brand, has partnered with GS25, the representative convenience store in Korea, to officially launch Kixx Station in Tan Son Nhi Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Kixx Station introduces a new service model that combines the purchase of engine oil products and an oil change service into one seamless experience. It’s a collaboration that serves to increase accessibility and strengthen trust among local motorcycle riders, who can now buy genuine Kixx motorcycle engine oils at GS25 stores and visit the adjoining Kixx Station to enjoy a free oil change service provided by trained Kixx technicians.

 

From Purchase to Oil Change — All in One Stop

Kixx’s new service model in Vietnam offers genuine motorcycle engine oils at GS25 stores and free oil changes at Kixx Station.

At select GS25 stores, customers can purchase two of Kixx’s core motorcycle engine oils—Kixx MX9 4T MA2 10W-40 and Kixx MX9 Scooter SN/MB 5W-40—and visit the adjoining Kixx Station with their receipt to receive a free oil change service performed by trained Kixx technicians. Riders can also receive additional consultation on motorcycle care and maintenance as needed.

This service is available to all customers who purchase Kixx engine oils at three GS25 stores in the Tan Son Nhi area (314 Tan Ky Tan Quy, 105 Tan Ky Tan Quy, and 77 Tan Son Nhi). As the products are now sold at convenience stores, anyone—from office workers heading home to late-night riders—can easily access professional oil change services whenever it’s most convenient for them.

Visitors to Kixx Station can receive a free oil change from professional technicians and, if needed, get advice on motorcycle care and maintenance.

Representatives from Kixx and GS25, local government officials, business partners, and about 100 consumers gathered at the grand opening of Kixx Station, expressing keen interest in the new service. The event featured a variety of engaging programs, including a brand film screening, live performances, lucky draw giveaways, and free oil change demonstrations. The innovative concept of “purchase engine oil at a convenience store and then get it changed right away” was a key highlight of the event, drawing enthusiastic responses from attendees. Additionally, Kixx Station’s opening event and services were featured in leading local media outlets, including Kenh14 and VnExpress.

A Kixx representative said, “Our goal is to make oil changes easier and faster by addressing the inconvenience many consumers have felt when visiting traditional service centers.” They further added, “This new service model combines the convenience of shopping at GS25 with certified vehicle care—a streamlined approach designed to meet the evolving lifestyles of today’s consumers.”

Following this initial launch, Kixx plans to expand its integrated oil purchase-and-change service model across Vietnam, offering more riders convenient access to genuine Kixx products and professional oil change services.
