In addition, a TikTok challenge named “Kixx Start” was launched in tandem with the musical campaign to more intensively target Gen Z, allowing the target audience to engage with the song beyond simply watching the video. The challenge includes three categories: a song challenge inviting participants to sing along to the campaign anthem “Your Own Way”, a dance challenge that encourages followers to try the choreography posted by Rhyder on TikTok and a challenge allowing users to show their style their “own way” with the campaign song “Your Own Way” and now viral TikTok influencers are participating in the challenges. Offline promotions, such as outdoor advertising at universities, displays in GS25 stores and fast-food chains, further extended the campaign’s reach.
